Return, Defective Products, and Cancellation Policy:

In the event that the delivered product differs from your order or if it is defective, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at order@bymepearl.jp within 8 days of receiving the product and return it to us. We will cover the return shipping cost, so please choose a postage-paid option.

For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, please return the product at your expense within 8 days of receiving it.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Products that have been used
  • Products with scratches or stains caused by the customer
  • Products returned more than 9 days after receipt
  • Engraved products (even if they haven't been received yet)

The acceptance of returned products is subject to their condition, and we may not be able to fulfill all requests, so please understand in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

We can accept cancellations until you receive the shipping confirmation email. After that, we cannot cancel the order.

For in-store purchases, please contact the store where you made the purchase for information on returns and exchanges.

Warranty and Repair Services:

Allow us to introduce our warranty and repair services:

  • 6-Month Warranty: We offer a 6-month warranty for defects arising from normal use. We provide free repairs within this period, excluding deliberate accidents, loss of major parts, and size adjustments.

  • Repair Fees: Repairs after 6 months may incur a fee, which varies depending on the material, design, and required repairs. Please consult with us via email for specific details.

Please note that the purchase date is based on the order date. If we cannot confirm the purchase date, repairs may incur a fee even if within 6 months.

Repair Process: We accept various product repairs for byme items via mail. Please be aware that some products may not be repairable. Please include the product's information card when sending it for repair.

For safety during shipping, please package the product securely and send it to the following address via courier:

Before sending the product, please contact us at order@bymepearl.jp. We do not accept inquiries via phone. The repair duration varies depending on the material, design, and condition of the product, and we will provide you with an estimate after inspecting your product.
