Return and Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that is different from your order or if it is defective, we will exchange it for you. Please contact us at order@bymepearl.jp within 8 days of receiving the product and then send it back to us. We will cover the return shipping cost, so please use a postage-paid option.
For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, please return the product at your expense within 8 days of receiving it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Products that have been used
- Products with scratches or stains caused by the customer
- Products returned more than 9 days after receipt
- Engraved products (even if they haven't been received yet)
- Products that do not meet the conditions for return or exchange based on their condition
For in-store purchases, please contact the store where you made the purchase for information on returns and exchanges.
